摘要
某煤矿大型原煤储煤场封闭工程受地形条件限制,储煤场呈大跨度异型布置,且场内有一座高空输煤廊道,环保要求全封闭、无扬尘。该工程采用气膜结构技术对储煤场气膜结构设计原理、材料选用和结构计算进行分析,确定气膜结构方案,同时就气膜安装及气密处理进行探讨。经运行和综合分析,大跨度异型储煤场利用气膜结构技术取得了良好的社会和经济效益。
The closed engineering of a large raw coal storage yard in a coal mine is restricted by the terrain conditions. The coal storage yard is arranged in a large-span special-shaped layout,and there is a high-altitude coal conveying corridor in the yard,which is completely closed and dust-free for environmental protection. In this project,the gas film structure technology is used to analyze the design principle,material selection and structure calculation of the gas film structure in coal storage yard,determine the gas film structure scheme,and discuss the gas film installation and gas tightness treatment. Through operation and comprehensive analysis,the large-span special-shaped coal storage yard has achieved good social and economic benefits by using gas film structure technology.
