老龄化背景下建筑学课程适老化教学改革探索

摘要 在我国老龄化加速发展背景下,对包括理论类和设计类的建筑学专业课程教学进行改革探索,引入建筑适老化理念,讲授适老化建筑设计原则与要点,开展适老化建筑社会调查与设计实践等,引导学生关注老龄化社会问题,认识适老化在建筑学专业学习中的重要性,理解老年群体的建筑空间、建筑物理环境等需求,掌握建筑适老化的设计方法,这些探索有利于为老年群体营造合宜的建筑环境,促进社会积极老龄化。 In the context of accelerated aging in China,the teaching reform of architectural major courses,including theory and design courses is explored. The concept of building adaptive aging is introduced,adaptive aging building design principles and key points are taught,and adaptive aging building social survey and design practice are carried out. Students are guided to pay attention to the aging social problems,understand the importance of adaptive aging in the study of architecture major,help to understand the needs of the elderly group in building space as well as in building physical environment,and master the design methods of building adaptive aging. It is conducive to creating an appropriate built environment for the elderly and promoting the active aging of society.
