摘要 CBIM (Cost Building Information Modeling)的引入给建筑业带来了全新的革命,通过理论结合实践的方式对CBIM技术进行了分析,得出了它在实际造价管理应用中的优势、局限及障碍,并对CBIM技术在国内的应用前景进行了展望。 The introduction of CBIM( Cost Building Information Modeling) has brought a new revolution to the construction industry. It has been analyzed through theory and practice,and its advantages,limitations and obstacles in the application of actual cost management have been obtained. The application prospect of CBIM technology in China is prospected.
