李村矿井下无煤柱综采作业的应用研究

摘要 为了解决山西潞安矿业集团有限公司李村煤矿井下综采作业时因留设煤柱而导致的煤炭出采率低、巷道掘进量大、影响综采作业经济性的问题,本文提出了一种新的无煤柱综采作业方案。利用恒阻大变形锚索结合井下切顶护帮支护的方案解决了取消煤柱后产生的顶板下沉问题,目前该方案已在李村矿1201综采工作面得到了广泛的应用。 In order to solve the problems of low coal recovery rate, large amount of tunnel excavation and affecting the economy of fully mechanized mining operation caused by retaining coal pillars in the underground fully mechanized mining operation of Lichun Coal Mine of Shanxi Lu’an Mining Group Co., Ltd., this paper puts forward a new fully mechanized mining operation scheme without coal pillars. The roof subsidence problem caused by the cancellation of coal pillar is solved by using the scheme of constant resistance and large deformation anchor cable combined with underground roof cutting and wall supporting. At present, the scheme has been widely used in the 1201 fully mechanized mining face of Lichun Mine.
