摘要
麻家梁矿14102巷在476~518m段受X4陷落柱影响,巷道掘进期间出现煤壁片帮、顶板下沉现象。通过技术研究,对陷落柱应力区巷帮及顶板采取"注浆+L型钢棚+柔模浇筑"联合支护措施进行维护,提高了巷道稳定性,顶板下沉量控制在0.2m以下,取得了显著成效。
In the 476~518 m section of the 14102 lane of Majialiang Mine, influenced by the X4 collapse column, the coal wall and roof subsidence occurred during the tunneling. Through technical research, the combined support measures of "grouting + L-shaped steel shed + soft mold pouring" are adopted to maintain the roadway side and roof in the stress area of the collapse column, which improves the stability of the roadway, and the roof subsidence is controlled below 0.2 m, and remarkable results are achieved.
