摘要
为解决四台矿巷道掘进时粉尘浓度严重超标的问题,通过数值模拟及理论分析等方法,对掘进工作面内粉尘的运移规律进行分析,研究采用抽、压组合式通风除尘系统、湿式全断面捕尘帘喷雾系统等综合防尘技术。结果表明,与原有的单一压入式通风方式相比,掘进工作面粉尘浓度降低率达到53.8%,取得了显著的降尘效果。
In order to solve the problem of dust concentration exceeding standard in Sitai Coal Mine, the migration law of dust in the working face was analyzed by numerical simulation and theoretical analysis. The comprehensive dust control technology such as combined ventilation and dust removal system and wet full section dust collecting curtain spray system was studied. The results show that, compared with the original single forced ventilation, the dust concentration reduction rate of the driving work flour is 53.8%, and the dust reduction effect is remarkable.
