穿层钻孔割缝增透工艺技术研究

摘要 针对岳城煤矿煤层压力大、煤质软、煤层透气性差、区域抽放相关指标不达标等情况,开展了穿层钻孔割缝增透工艺技术及装备研究,确定割缝压力、流量、间距、水力切割、排渣等技术参数和工艺,并对水力割缝效果进行现场检验。使用该技术后,岳城矿钻孔平均瓦斯浓度提升了193.7%,平均瓦斯流量提高了170.6%,有效提升了区域抽采能力。 In view of the large coal seam pressure, soft coal quality, poor permeability of coal seam and non-standard indexes of regional drainage in Yuecheng Coal Mine, the research on technology and equipment of penetration drilling and slotting is carried out to determine the technical parameters and technology of slotting pressure, flow, spacing, hydraulic cutting, slag discharge, etc., and the field test on the effect of hydraulic slotting is carried out. After using this technology, the average gas concentration and gas flow in the borehole of Yuecheng Mine increased by 193.7% and 170.6%, which effectively improved the regional drainage capacity.
