支架半解体运输、整体安装工艺在坪上煤业的应用研究

Application of Semi-disintegration Transportation and Integral Installation Technology of Support in Pingshang Coal Industry

本文研究了液压支架半解体运输、整体安装工艺在坪上煤业的具体应用,对比分析了支架整体运输、整体安装及半解体运输、整体安装两种运输方式,设计了具体运输实施方案。实际应用结果表明,通过科学、合理的应用支架半解体运输及整体安装工艺,可节约大量安装成本,进一步提高企业经济效益。

This paper studies the application of semi-disintegration transportation and integral installation technology of hydraulic support in Pingshang Coal Industry, compares and analyzes two transportation modes of support overall transportation, overall installation, semi disassembly transportation and overall installation, and designs the specific transportation implementation scheme. The application results show that a large number of installation costs can be saved and the economic benefits of enterprises can be further increased by applying the semi-disintegration transportation and integral installation technology of the support scientifically and reasonably.
