减少液压支架出井大修理的方案研究

Research on the Scheme for Avoiding Overhaul of Hydraulic Support Out of Mine

作为综采工作面中的关键设备之一,液压支架因可与采煤机、刮板输送机配套使用,且具有更加稳定、易于控制等优点,广泛应用于移动快、产量高、工作环境复杂、工艺要求严格的现代综采工作面中。本文从液压支架在同煤集团朔州煤电公司生产中的应用现状出发,针对如何减少液压支架出井大修理,提出了一些解决方案。

As key equipment, hydraulic support can be used together with a shearer or a scraper conveyor. Because of its advantages of stability and easy control, it is widely applied in modern fully mechanized mining face with fast moving, high output, complex working environment and strict technological requirements. Based on the application of hydraulic support in the production of Shuozhou Coal and Electricity Company, this paper puts forward some solutions for avoiding the overhaul of hydraulic support.
