摘要
针对井下皮带运输机故障多发问题,本文提出构建井下皮带运输机监测与预警系统。首先,对比分析确定FX2N型PLC系统总体监控设施,然后针对故障问题确定传感装置,阐述工作原理,最后确定地面监控设备的配置方案,阐述监控中心的监控和预警能力。通过系统应用,皮带速度、跑偏、堆煤等故障降低了约34%、27%和45%,保障了运输系统的稳定运行。
In view of the frequent problems of underground belt conveyor, this paper proposes to construct a monitoring and early warning system for underground belt conveyor. Firstly, the overall monitoring facilities of the FX2 N PLC system are determined through comparative analysis. Then, the sensing device is decided according to fault problems, and the working principle is expounded. Finally, the configuration scheme of the ground monitoring equipment is established, and the monitoring and early warning capability of the monitoring center is described. Through the application of the system, the belt speed, deviation, coal-piling faults are reduced by about 34%, 27% and 45% respectively, which ensures the stable operation of the transportation system.
