安全培训在晋华宫煤矿的迁移成果影响因素研究

摘要 将安全培训的学习成果应用到实际工作中,实现工作绩效的提升,即为迁移成果。同煤集团晋华宫煤矿基于培训迁移理论,对安全培训迁移成果的影响因素进行研究,提出向学习型组织转型等四点对策建议,提高了安全培训有效性。 Applying the learning results of safety training to the actual work to improve the work performance is the transfer results. Based on the training transfer theory, Jinhuagong Coal Mine of Tongmei Group studied the influencing factors of safety training transfer results and put forward four countermeasures and suggestions, such as the transformation to learning organization, which improved the effectiveness of safety training.
