社会融合对流动女性就业的影响研究

The Effect of Social Integration on the Migrant Female Employment

基于2017全国流动人口动态监测数据,实证分析了社会融合对流动女性就业的影响。研究发现:社会融合一定程度上可以提高流动女性就业水平。异质性讨论发现,社会融合对流动女性就业水平的影响在中年、市内流动、流动六至十年子样本中更显著。机制分析证实,社会融合可以通过降低流动女性就业歧视、提高健康公共服务质量与稳定未来预期三个方面促进流动女性就业。本文的研究为定量评价社会融合政策实施效果提供了一定启示。

Based on the data of China Migrants Dynamic Survey 2017,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of the social intergration on the migrant female employment.The study finds that social intergration improves the migrant female employment.The further heterogeneity discussion finds that the impact of the social intergration on the migrant female employment is more significant among middle-age migrants,migrants that the flow time is six to ten years and is intra-urban mobility.Mechanism analysis finds that Social intergration improves the migrant female employment through three channels which include reducing the employment discrimination of migrant female,improving the quality of health public service and stabilizing expectations.This study provides some enlightenment for quantitative evaluation on the implementation effect of the social intergration.
