505例女性体检人群人乳头状瘤病毒感染情况及基因亚型分布 被引量:12

摘要 目的:探讨505例女性体检人群人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的感染情况及基因亚型分布特征。方法:选择长春地区505例体检女性宫颈脱落细胞标本,采用Luminex 200流式荧光技术进行HPV基因分型,分析HPV感染情况、感染型别及年龄分布情况。结果:共检出21种HPV基因亚型,其中高危型15种、低危型6种;检出HPV感染者69例,感染率13.7%(69/505),其中单一亚型感染55例,居前2位的HPV感染亚型是HPV-16、52型,感染率分别为2.2%(11/505)、1.0%(5/505),多重感染14例;<20岁、20~<30岁、30~<40岁、40~<50岁、≥50岁年龄组女性HPV感染率分别为0、20.0%、13.1%、12.6%和16.6%,除<20岁组外,其余各年龄组间感染率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),20~<30岁年龄组的高危型感染率和多重感染率均最高,分别为12.5%和5.0%。结论:长春地区该批次女性体检人群中HPV感染患者主要以高危型HPV单一感染为主,HPV-16、52型较为常见,应加强门诊妇女HPV感染的筛查以降低宫颈癌的发病率。 Objective:To investigate HPV infection and distribution characteristics of gene subtypes in 505 female physical examination population.Methods:HPV genotyping was carried out in 505 female cervical exfoliated cell specimens from Changchun area by flow cytometry with Luminex 200.The infection rate,infection type and age distribution of HPV were analyzed.Results:21 HPV gene subtypes were detected,including 15 high-risk types and 6 low-risk types.A total of 69 cases of HPV positive infection were detected,and the infection rate was 13.7%(69/505).There were 55 cases of single subgroup infection,and the top two subtypes of HPV infection were HPV-16 and 52 type,with infection rates of 2.2%(11/505),1.0%(5/505)respectively.There were 14 cases of multiple infection.The HPV infection rates of women younger than 20 years old,20~<30 years old,30~<40 years old,40~<50 years old and≥50 years old were 0.0%,20.0%,13.1%,12.6%and 16.6%,respectively.Except the<20 years old group,there was no significant difference in the infection rate among the other age groups(P>0.05).The high risk infection rate and multiple infection rate were the highest in the 20~<30 years old group,which were 12.5%and 5.0%,respectively.Conclusion:In this batch of female physical examination population in Changchun area,HPV infection patients were mainly high-risk HPV single infection,and HPV-16 and 52 were more common.Screening of HPV infection in outpatient women should be strengthened to reduce the incidence of cervical cancer.
