摘要 视频监控系统要求采集图像压缩效率高且压缩质量好。基于ARM的视频采集因其集成度高、灵活便携等优点,正在取代传统视频采集。基于ARM9设计视频采集压缩系统,针对视频采集与传输的实际需要,搭建Linux-arm架构作为视频采集压缩的平台,运用H.264完成采集压缩程序的设计。经实验验证:采用的嵌入式采集技术能完成高可靠性、低成本的视频采集与压缩工作。 Video surveillance system requires high compression efficiency and good compression quality.Video acquisition based on ARM embedded technology is gradually replacing traditional video acquisition because of its high integration,portability and many other advantages.This paper designs a video capture and compression system based on ARM9.According to the actual needs of video capture and transmission,a Linux-arm architecture is built as a platform for video capture and compression,and then H.264 is used to complete the design of the acquisition and compression program.Experiments show that the embedded acquisition technology can complete the video acquisition and compression work with high reliability and low cost.
