供给侧结构性改革背景下高等职业教育发展面临的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures in Development of Higher Vocational Education Under Background of Supply-side Structural Reform

高等职业教育既是“供给侧结构性改革”的对象,也是承担“供给侧结构性改革”的主体。分析我国高等职业教育发展的现状和存在的问题,提出解决问题的措施,即:重视开放式终身职业教育体系的建设;重视学生的关键能力的培养;加强学术教育与职业教育高度的融合;配合国家和地区的发展规划,实行职业教育对接实体经济的发展,开展适合的专业;加强职教师资队伍建设,适应社会的发展需要,实行以贡献为基准的教师评价机制。

Higher vocational education is not only the object of"supply-side structural reform",but also the main body of it.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the development of higher vocational education in China,and puts forward the measures to solve the problems,which are:attaching importance to the construction of open lifelong vocational education system;attaching importance to the cultivation of students'key abilities;strengthening the high integration of academic education and vocational education;cooperating with the development planning of the country and the region,implementing the docking of vocational education with the development of the real economy,and developing suitable majors;strengthening the construction of teaching staff,adapting to the needs of social development,and implementing a teacher evaluation mechanism based on contributions.
