股份制商业银行普惠金融业务调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Inclusive Financial Business of Joint-stock Commercial Bank

近年来,我国政府出台一系列支持普惠金融的政策,倡导发展普惠金融,股份制商业银行成为该业务的生力军。为了全面了解股份制商业银行开展普惠金融业务现状,选取3家典型股份制商业银行——民生银行、光大银行、平安银行作为调查样本,分别对其开展普惠金融的业务品牌、营销方式、服务特色进行调查比较和SWOT分析,进而得出开展普惠金融业务的4点启示,并提出4点发展建议。

In recent years,our government has issued a series of policies to support inclusive finance and advocated the development of inclusive finance.Joint stock commercial banks have become the new force of this business.In order to fully understand the current situation of joint-stock commercial banks carrying out inclusive financial business,this paper selects three typical joint-stock commercial banks,Minsheng Bank,Everbright Bank and Ping An bank as survey samples,to investigate,compare and make SWOT analysis of their business brands,marketing methods and service characteristics of carrying out inclusive financial business,then draws four enlightenments of carrying out inclusive financial business,and proposes four development suggestions.
