我国高校龙舟竞赛文化的传承与发展——以北京工业职业技术学院为例

Research on Inheritance and Development of Chinese Dragon Boat Competition Culture ——Taking Beijing Polytechnic College as an Example

以龙舟文化概述、高校龙舟队伍的兴起与发展为立脚点,探析全国40强高校龙舟队伍的发展模式,并对北京工业职业技术学院龙舟队的组建、兴起及发展进行个案剖析。认为该校龙舟队的快速发展与队伍自我拼搏、成绩与文化资本积淀、代际文化传承等因素息息相关;借鉴全国高校优势龙舟队伍的发展经验,该校还需要充分利用社会资源,加大人才引进力度和继续创造可持续发展平台。

Based on the overview of dragon boat culture and the rise and development of Dragon Boat Team in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the development mode of Dragon Boat team in the top 40 colleges and universities in China,and analyzes the establishment,rise and development of Dragon Boat team in Beijing Polytechnic College.It is believed that the rapid development of the school's dragon boat team is closely related to the team's self-struggle,achievements and cultural capital accumulation,intergenerational cultural heritage and other factors.However,drawing on the development experience of the other colleges and universities advantageous dragon boat team in China,the school also needs to make full use of social resources,increase talent introduction and continue to create a sustainable development platform.
