摘要
改革开放40年来,我国的营养与食品安全专业得到了国家和社会的高度重视,取得了显著成绩,培养了一批又一批综合素质强、专业能力优的高专业技术人才。本文简要说明了发展营养与食品安全专业的重要性,然后阐述了发展相关专业的具体有效措施,为学科发展指明道路。
Since the reform and opening up 40 years, China’s nutrition and food safety major has been highly valued by the country and the society. It has achieved remarkable development results and cultivated a number of highly specialized technical talents with strong comprehensive quality and excellent professional ability. This paper briefly explained the importance of nutrition and food safety professional development, and then expounded the specific and effective measures of relevant professional development, pointed out the way for the development of the discipline.
