摘要
复合调味料在近年来已发展成为一个体系较完善的食品类别,其质量与消费者利益关系密切,相关企业应做好产品质量管理,履行好应有的社会责任。本文主要论述了复合调味料原材料质量管理、工艺流程设计要点、生产过程控制、产品质量检测与控制和质量管理体系应用等5方面的内容,这对复合调味料生产企业产品品质与管理水平提升具有十分重要的意义。
Compound seasoning is a kind of food product with perfect system, due to the close relationship between quality and consumption interests, so related enterprises should pay attention to product quality management, it is very important to fulfill due social responsibility.This paper mainly discusses various aspects of production management. It is of great significance to improve the product quality and management level of compound seasoning production enterprises.
