摘要
铁作为人体必需的微量元素,具有无可替代的作用。很多天然食物中铁含量无法满足人体每日所需,而一些食物中铁的形式不能被人体吸收。本文主要介绍当前螯合铁的研究前景、研究现状及进展。
Iron is one of the essential trace elements, it has an irreplaceable role. Iron content in many natural foods the body can not meet daily requirements, and some form of iron in the food was not well absorbed by the body. The paper describes the research prospect, the current research and the progress of chelated iron.
