良渚文化宴热菜课程的开发与实践

摘要 本文以良渚文化宴为载体,基于优化教学、推进课题、满足学生课程多元化的需要,围绕学生核心素养的形成与培养,以良渚文化宴热菜选修课程的开发为切入点,通过确定课程目标、制定课程内容、构建课程框架、落实课程运作等实践,探索选修课程对地域文化传承、学校特色发展、学生素养培养的意义,具有一定的推广价值。 This paper based on the Liangzhu Cultural Banquet, comes from the demands of optimizing teaching, improving project and diversifying students’ course system. It is around the formation and cultivation of students’ core competence. Taking the course development and practice of the hot dishes as entry point, the project practices step by step-confirming the course objectives, completing the course content, building the course frame and using the course. Our exploration of choosing courses has a certain influence on the regional cultural inheritance, the development of our school’s feature and the cultivation of students’ quality, which has a certain promotional value.
