摘要 目前转基因技术在食品生产中运用广泛,转基因食品也已悄然走进人们的生活。其具有提高食物产量与质量、减轻农药危害、培育优良品种等优势。但是转基因技术作为一种新兴的生物技术手段,它具有不成熟和不确定性,可能具有潜在毒性、破坏人体微生态环境、降低食品原本营养价值与污染生态环境等弊端,使得转基因食品的安全性成为人们关注的焦点。 At present, transgenic technique has been widely used in food production, and genetically modified Food has quietly entered people’s life. It has the advantages of improving food yield and quality, reducing pesticide hazard and cultivating excellent varieties. However, as a new means of biotechnology, genetically modified technology is immature and uncertain, and may have potential toxicity, damage to the human microecological environment, reduce the original nutritional components of food, pollution of the ecological environment and other disadvantages, making the safety of genetically modified food become the focus of people’s attention.
