As an important measure to implement universalization of higher education, enrollment expansion in higher vocational colleges are key ways to cultivate high-quality vocational skilled talents. With the specific policy of expanding enrollment in Jiangxi Province, the reform of training mode of food professionals was discussed from the aspects of curriculum system, teaching team and training base.
