摘要 高职扩招是实施高等教育普及化的一项重要举措,也是培养高素质职业技能型人才的关键途径。本文结合江西省扩招的具体政策,从课程体系、教学团队、实训基地等方面探讨了食品类专业人才培养模式的改革。 As an important measure to implement universalization of higher education, enrollment expansion in higher vocational colleges are key ways to cultivate high-quality vocational skilled talents. With the specific policy of expanding enrollment in Jiangxi Province, the reform of training mode of food professionals was discussed from the aspects of curriculum system, teaching team and training base.
