Study on the Technology of Ginseng Longan Donkey Hide Gelatin Cream

以药食同源药材人参、龙眼肉、阿胶、山楂、干姜和酸枣为原料,利用药食同源的资源特色和优势,开发出一种可以有效缓解睡眠、健脾养血、益气安神的养生产品。采用正交试验设计方案最终确定最佳提取方法,最终确定提取时间为1.5 h、加水量8倍、提取次数3次、蜂蜜添加量为60%时感官评分最高。

Considering the homology of medicine and food, our team use ginseng, longan meat, E-gelatin, hawthorn, dried ginger and jujube as raw materials to develop a health product which can effectively relieve dyssomnia, strengthen spleen, and nourish qi and blood as well.The optimal extraction method was finally determined by orthogonal experimental design, and the highest sensory score was obtained when the extraction time was 1.5 h, 8 times of added water and 3 times of extraction, honey addition amount was 60%.
