摘要
食品加工环节的规范是食品安全的基础。因此,在食品加工过程中要不断探索相应的方案强化食品安全工作。本文结合当前的食品安全现状分析食品加工过程中影响食品安全的因素,探究食品加工规范对食品安全的影响。
The standardization of food processing is the basis of food safety. Therefore, we should continue to explore the corresponding programs to strengthen food safety in the process of food processing. Based on the current situation of food safety, the paper analyzes the factors affecting food safety in the process of food processing, and explores the impact of food processing standards on food safety.
