摘要 依据GB/T 27418-2017《测量不确定度评定和表示》和CNAS-GL006:2018《化学分析中不确定度的评估指南》,对液相色谱-串联质谱法测定鸡蛋中氟虫腈及其代谢物残留量进行不确定度评定。建立测量模型,分析不确定度来源。评定结果表明:标准曲线拟合所产生的不确定度分量最大,其次是重复性、回收率和体积的量取,样品称量引入的不确定可忽略不计。 According to GB/T 27418-2017 and CNAS-GL006:2018, the uncertainty of determination fipronil and its metabolites residues in eggs by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was evaluated. Establish a measurement model and analyze the sources of uncertainty. The evaluation results show that the uncertainty component produced by standard curve fitting is the largest, followed by repeatability, recovery rate and volume measurement. The uncertainty introduced by sample weighing is negligible.
