摘要
靖江市文化中心剧场商业区采用框剪结构体系,体型特别不规则,无明显"层"概念,整体属于钢材和混凝土组成的混合结构空间受力体系,主要包括商业街大跨度钢桁架部分、剧场部分和屋顶自由曲面钢结构部分。首先对各部分所采用的结构类型和相互之间的空间关系、连接方式做了详细介绍;其次,根据该工程的特点,简要介绍了计算模型、荷载取值和阻尼比确定等,并采用抗震性能化设计方法,区分关键部位、关键构件、普通竖向构件和耗能构件等,对关键构件设定抗震性能目标进行设计;而后重点介绍了巨型混凝土筒体所采用的型钢支撑-钢板剪力墙体系,以及为防止墙体裂缝产生而采取的一些计算措施和分步施工措施;最后对本工程的基础设计、整体结构的三向罕遇地震动力弹塑性分析做了简要叙述。
The theater-commercial district in Jingjiang Cultural Center adopts frame-shear wall structure. Its form is very irregular and does not have clear "floor " concept. The whole structure belongs to a spatial mechanical system of steel-concrete mixed structure. The theater-commercial district mainly includes three parts: the large-span steel truss,the theater and the free-form steel roof. Firstly,the structural types,spatial relations and connection modes of each part were introduced in detail. Secondly,according to the characteristics of the project,the calculation model,load value and damping ratio were briefly introduced,and the seismic performance-based design method was adopted to distinguish the key parts,key components and common vertical components,and energy-dissipated components. The seismic performance target of key components was designed. Then the section steel braced steel plate shear wall system in mega-concrete tube was introduced emphatically,as well as some calculation measures and step-by-step construction measures to prevent wall cracks. Finally,the basic design of the project and the dynamic elastic-plastic analysis of the whole structure under three-dimensional rare earthquakes were briefly described.
