Study on blasting test of rockfill mining in Altash Dam

以堆石料作为大坝主体材料的土石坝,其堆石料的开采效果对堆石料的质量以及大坝施工的进度和投资等至关重要。每个料场岩层坚硬度和类别不同,堆石料开采的各项施工参数决定着开采效果。本文以阿尔塔什水利枢纽工程P1主爆破料场开采爆破试验为例,介绍了试验确定的合理爆破参数、起爆网络、装药结构,爆破飞石安全距离的控制,以及试验所取得的关键性成果,希望为堆石料开采提供借鉴。

Rockfill is adopted as the main material of the earth-rock dam. The mining effect of rockfill in the earth-rock dam is very important to the quality of rockfill as well as the progress and investment of the dam construction. The hardness and types of rock layers are different in each yard. The construction parameters of rockfill mining determine the mining effect. The blasting test of P1 main blasting yard in Altash Water Control Project is adopted as an example in the paper for introducing the reasonable blasting parameters, the initiation network and charging structure determined by the test, the control of blasting flying stone safe distance and key achievements from the test, which can provide reference for mining rockfill.
