有机酸型重负荷汽车发动机冷却液的研制

A Study on the Organic Acid Coolant for Heavy Duty Engine

针对重负荷汽车发动机的特点,本研究制备出一种有机酸型重负荷汽车发动机冷却液。通过对防冻剂和缓蚀剂的筛选,最终确定以乙二醇为防冻剂,三唑类、芳香酸盐、有机酸盐A及有机酸盐B为缓蚀剂体系,缓蚀剂含量分别为0.02%、0.5%、3.0%及0.2%,性能指标达到了GB 29743-2013标准的要求。

According to the characteristics of heavy-duty engine coolants,in this study a kind of organic acid coolant for heavy duty was prepared.Through screening of antifreeze and corrosion inhibitors,we identified ethylene glycol as antifreeze and triazole,aromatic salts,organic salt A,organic salt B as corrosive system.The contents of corrosion inhibitors are 0.02%,0.5%,3.0%and 0.2%separately.This coolant could meet the standard of GB 29743-2013.
