维生素D在慢性肾病治疗中的研究进展

Research Progress of Vitamin D in the Treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease

慢性肾病是临床上较为常见的慢性疾病,维生素D缺乏在慢性肾病患者中普遍存在,可能是影响慢性肾病的重要因素。目前,维生素D缺乏与慢性肾病发病的关系及补充维生素D类药物改善慢性肾病患者的生存状态成为临床研究的热点。维生素D可通过多种途径发挥肾脏保护作用,延缓慢性肾病进展至终末期。随着维生素D类药物在慢性肾病发病机制中作用的进一步揭示,将为慢性肾病患者的治疗及并发症的预防提供更好的指导。

Chronic kidney disease(CKD)is one of the most common chronic diseases in clinic.At present,the relationship between vitamin D deficiency and the incidence of chronic kidney disease and the improvement of the living state of patients with chronic kidney disease by supplementing vitamin D drugs have become the hot spot in clinical research.Vitamin D may protect the kidney in a variety of ways,delaying the progression of chronic kidney disease to the end stage.With the further revelation of the role of vitamin D drugs in the pathogenesis of chronic kidney disease,it will provide better guidance for the treatment and prevention of complications of patients with chronic kidney disease.
