摘要
采用循环伏安法聚合精氨酸制备得到乙酰氨基酚印迹膜修饰电极(GCE)。考察了不同聚合条件进行探究,从而确定最佳聚合条件对乙酰氨基酚(ACOP)进行测定。结果表明,该印迹电极对ACOP具有较好的检测效果,在4.0×10-6~9.09×10-5 mol/L范围内与其氧化峰电流呈一定的线性关系,最低检测浓度为8.0×10-7 mol/L。将此电极用于实际样品中ACOP的检测,回收率分别为98.1%、104.1%、102.0%。
Imprinted poly-arginine modified glassy carbon electrode(GCEC)was prepared by electropolymerization.The electrochemical behavior of paracetamol on the modified electrode was studied by cyclic voltammetry.Under the optimal conditions,there was a linear relationship between paracetamol concentration and its oxidation peak current in the ranges of 4.00×10-6~9.09×10-5 mol/L with the detection limit of 8.00×10-7 mol/L.The modified electrode was used for the determination of paracetamol in the actual sample(paracetamol tablets)for three times,and the recoveries were 98.1%,102.0%and 104.1%respectively.
