产教融合视域下生物医药专业群共享型实训基地建设研究

Research on the Construction of Shared Training Base for Biomedical Specialty Groups from the Perspective of Industry-Education Integration

实训基地是高职院校开展人才培养、科学研究、技术服务的重要载体,通过产教深度融合,构建以政府为主导、高校为主体、行业为纽带、企业为依托、研究所为支撑的“五位一体”产教融合实训基地,发挥“政、校、行、企、所”资源优势,探索产教融合实训基地建设路径和共享机制,实现产教融合实训基地“共谋、共建、共管、共用、共享”机制,服务人才培养和区域产业发展。

Training base is an important carrier for higher vocational colleges to carry out personnel training,scientific research and technical services.Through deep integration of industry and education,a“five-in-one”Industry-Education integration training base with the government as the leading factor,universities as the main body,industries as the link,enterprises as the backing and research institutes as the support is constructed.We give full play to the resource advantages of“government,school,industry,enterprise and institute”,to explore the construction path and sharing mechanism of the industrial-educational integration training base in order to realize the mechanism of“conspiracy,co-construction,co-management,sharing”in the training base of integration of industry and education,and to serve personnel training and regional industrial development.
