两种溶剂用于教学实践中测定油脂酸价的比较

Comparison of Two Solvents Used to Determine Acid Value of Oil in Teaching Practice

对比乙醚和石油醚两种有机溶剂在油脂酸价测定中的结果差异,探究能否用相对安全的石油醚取代乙醚进行酸价测定的教学实验。本文分别用两种溶剂溶解油脂测定其酸价,结果经统计分析,两者无显著性差异,因此在教学实践中,建议用石油醚作为溶剂测定油脂酸价,可在满足教学要求的同时降低有机试剂对师生身体健康的影响。

To compare the difference between the results of two organic solvents of diethyl ether and petroleum ether in the acid value determination of oil,and to explore whether the relatively safe petroleum ether can be used to replace diethyl ether in the teaching experiment of acid value determination.In this paper,two solvents are used to dissolve grease to determine its acid value.The results show that there is no significant difference between the two.Therefore,petroleum ether is suggested to be used as solvent to determine the acid value of grease in teaching practice,which can meet the teaching requirements and reduce the impact of organic reagents on the health of teachers and students.
