摘要
药事管理学课程涉及药学、管理学、经济学,知识面宽,知识点散,传统的教学方式不利于学生对于本课程的掌握。基于我院应用型人才培养的理念,培养应用型药学人才,体现应用实践性,对该课程的教学方法、教学手段、评价模式、课程实践等方面进行了课程改革和探索,通过学生问卷调查对实施效果进行了考察,对成绩分析得出课程探索的有效性。
Pharmacy administration involves pharmacy,management and economics,with a wide range of knowledge and scattered knowledge points.The traditional teaching method is not conducive to students'mastery of this course.Based on the concept of our applied talents training,in order to train applied pharmaceutical talents and reflect practical application,the course of teaching methods,teaching means and evaluation mode,curriculum practice were reformed and explored.Through the student questionnaire investigates,the effect on the performance was studied.The results was analyzed to explore the effectiveness of the course reform.
