多级萃取处理丙酮废水的模拟研究

摘要 应用模拟软件AspenPlus模拟丙酮废水的多级逆流萃取工艺流程,筛选得到最合适的萃取剂是1,1,2-三氯乙烷,应用灵敏度分析了萃取级数、萃取剂用量和萃取温度对丙酮废水的萃取影响。得到最合适的萃取条件是萃取级数为六级、萃取剂用量为16 m 3/h、萃取温度为常温时,废水中丙酮的含量由初始的6000 mg/L下降到45 mg/L。 The simulation software AspenPlus was used to simulate the multistage countercurrent extraction process of acetone wastewater.The most suitable extractant was 1,1,2-trichloroethane.The sensitivity of the extraction series,the amount of extractant and the extraction temperature were analyzed.The extraction effect of wastewater.The most suitable extraction conditions are that the extraction grade is six,the amount of extractant is 16 m 3/h,and the extraction temperature is normal temperature,the acetone content in the wastewater is reduced from the initial 6000 mg/L to 45 mg/L.
