新高职高水平“双师型”教师队伍建设:意涵、问题与路径 被引量:19

摘要 高水平"双师型"教师队伍建设是新时代高职院校事业发展的根本保障与动力之源。新时代,准确把握"双师型"教师新内涵、新特征和新素质结构要求对"双师型"教师队伍建设至关重要。当前,高职院校"双师型"教师队伍建设主要存在数量与质量发展失衡、准入门槛差异悬殊、职后培训体系欠完善、兼职教师队伍匮乏、管理体制不健全等诸多问题,亟待通过参照"双师型"教师标准培养人才、加强教师教学创新团队建设、平衡教师专业认知与实践教学、聚焦"双师型"教师素养结构、引入分级管理评价等途径,提升"双师型"教师队伍整体质量。 The construction of high-level "double-qualified" teacher team is the fundamental guarantee and motivation for the development of higher vocational colleges in the new era. In the new era, it is crucial for the construction of "double-qualified" teachers to accurately grasp the new connotation, new features and new quality structure requirements of the "double-qualified" teachers. The problems of construction of teachers’ team include:qualities of teachers can’t satisfy the growth rate of new teachers;disparity in barriers to entry;imperfect postemployment training system;lack of part-time teachers;and incomplete management of teachers’ development. The solutions include: cultivating talents by referring to "double-qualified" teachers’ standards;strengthening the construction of teachers’ teaching innovation teams;balancing teachers’ professional knowledge and practice teaching;focusing on "double-qualified" teacher literacy structure and introducing hierarchical management evaluation system.
