充分有效地备课是提升高校青年教师教学效果的一种有效途径.通过亲身经历青年教师讲课比赛,从赛前准备到赛后反思,总结如何充分有效备课及其注意细节,包括:备好实验教材,备好实验仪器,备好双主体,注重讲课手段的合理性,注重解读实验原理与实现原理,注重讲课的内在逻辑与完整性,深挖物理思维,突出讲课时的出彩点.

To fully and effectively prepare lessons is an effective way to improve the teaching effect of young teachers in colleges and universities.Based on the experience of the 5 th Young Teachers’Teaching Competition in Physics(Experiments)Basic Courses,an effective preparation method and the corresponding details were summarized,from preparation before competition and reflection after competition,including preparing the experimental textbook,the experimental instrument and the double main body,paying attention to the rationality of the teaching method,the interpretation of the experimental principle and the realization principle,the internal logic and integrity of the teaching,deep digging physical thinking and highlighting brilliant points.
