基于激光法实时动态测量Na2SO4溶液电导率

摘要 以Na2SO4溶液为例,当溶液厚度、溶液浓度、输入光强已知时,测量了Na2SO4溶液的电导率和输出光强之间的关系,进行系统标定,利用最小二乘法得到拟合函数.再利用Origin软件对拟合函数编程,从而实现激光实时动态监测溶液电导率.与其他溶液电导率测定方法相比,该激光法具有着结构简单、成本低廉和非接触式的优势. Taking Na2SO4 solution as an example,when the thickness and concentration of the solution and the input light intensity were known,the corresponding conductivity could be obtained by measuring the output light intensity.In order to further determine the relationship between conductivity and output light intensity,the system was calibrated and the least square fitting method were adopted.Data fitting was programmed using Origin software to realize the real-time dynamic monitoring of the solution conductivity.Compared with other methods,the laser method had the advantages of simple structure,low cost and non-contact.
