腹腔镜下结肠癌切除术治疗高危结肠癌的临床价值分析

Clinical Value of laparoscopic Colon Cancer Resection for High Risk Colon Cancer

目的探讨腹腔镜下结肠癌切除术治疗高危结肠癌的效果。方法随机将2017年6月~2018年6月收治的58例高危结肠癌患者分为两组,每组29例。对照组行常规开腹术,观察组行腹腔镜下结肠癌根治术。比较两组手术效果。结果观察组术中出血量、淋巴结清扫量、术后禁食时间以及并发症发生率等指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下结肠癌切除术可有效治疗高危结肠癌,有利于缩短手术时间,缓解了手术创伤性,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic colon cancer resection for high-risk colon cancer.Methods 58 patients with high-risk colon cancer admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,29 in each group.The control group underwent routine laparotomy,and the observation group underwent laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer.Compare the surgical outcomes of the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss,lymph node dissection,postoperative fasting time,and complication rate were significantly better in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Laparoscopic colon cancer resection can effectively treat high-risk colon cancer,which is beneficial to shorten the operation time,relieve the trauma of surgery,it is worth promoting.
