儿童1型Dent病1例并文献复习 被引量:1

摘要 Dent病是一种罕见的X连锁隐性遗传性肾小管疾病,以近端小管功能异常为表现,临床表现主要为低分子量蛋白尿、高钙尿症、肾结石、肾钙质沉积症和进行性肾衰竭,其中30%~80%患者在30~50岁时发展至肾病终末阶段[1]。Dent病作为肾小管性蛋白尿的原因之一,其临床表现可不典型,最终诊断依赖基因学结果,诊断时限较长,本文对1例1型Dent病的临床表现进行报道及文献复习,以进一步提高对此病的认识.
