摘要
采用MLA、SEM、EDS等手段对电解法获得的镁产品中杂质元素含量及来源进行研究。结果表明:镁产品中杂质相为MgO、硅(或铝)酸盐相、铁氧化物相、含碳类物质和电解质类,其分别来自液镁的氧化、电解槽及精炼炉内衬材质、铁质器具溶解、原料及镁氧化和电解质体系;通过控制电解质温度及精炼炉温度、惰性气体保护、控制精炼炉精炼时间、预留库存等措施,电解法制镁的产品纯度可达99.97%,为海绵钛生产提供了优质精镁原料。
The content and source of impurities in the magnesium product which were produced through electrolysis process were studied by MLA,SEM and EDS.Results showed that impurity phases in magnesium products were MgO,Si(or Al)silicate,iron oxides,carbonaceous material and electrolyte,which came from oxidation of the liquid magnesium,lining material of the cell and refining furnace,dissolution of the steel appliances,raw materials,magnesium oxidation and electrolyte system.The purity of the magnesium product from the electrolysis process can be more than 99.97%through controlling the cell and refining furnace temperature,injecting the argon,controlling refine time of the refining furnace and keeping inventory,thus providing high-quality refined magnesium products for the sponge titanium production.
