摘要
通过预聚体法,以蓖麻油为交联剂,甲基环氧丙基二羟乙基季铵盐为亲水扩链剂,亚硫酸氢钠为封端剂,合成了反应型蓖麻油改性阳离子水性聚氨酯。研究了甲基环氧丙基二羟乙基季铵盐用量对聚氨酯乳液的粒径、稳定性以及黏度的影响,并将蓖麻油改性阳离子水性聚氨酯用于棉织物固色整理。结果表明,该方法成功合成了反应型蓖麻油改性阳离子水性聚氨酯;当甲基环氧丙基二羟乙基季铵盐用量为10%时,所制备乳液具有较好的稳定性,且对棉织物的固色效果优良,固色处理后染色棉织物的耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度均提高1级。
Reactive castor oil modified cationic waterborne polyurethane emulsion was synthesized by prepolymer method using castor oil as a cross-linking agent,methyl epoxypropyl dihydroxyethyl quaternary ammonium salt as a hydrophilic chain extender and sodium bisulfite as a blocking agent.The influence of the dosage of methyl epoxypropyl dihydroxyethyl quaternary ammonium salt on the particle size,stability and viscosity of polyurethane emulsion was studied,and castor oil modified cationic waterborne polyurethane was used in fabric fixing finishing.The results showed that the reactive castor oil modified cationic waterborne polyurethane was successfully synthesized.In particular,the polyurethane emulsion had good stability and good fixation effect on cotton fabric when the dosage of methyl epoxypropyl dihydroxyethyl quaternary ammonium salt was 10%.Both of the soaping fastness and rubbing fastness of the treated fabric could be improved by one level.
