圆柱直齿轮微小裂纹缺陷检测系统的结构调谐共振方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 车辆齿轮微小裂纹缺陷产生的振动信号十分微弱,易淹没在背景噪声信号中难以被发现和提取,进而造成严重的安全事故和经济损失。以圆柱直齿轮为研究对象,应用共振对微弱振动信号的放大作用,提出一种针对齿轮微小裂纹缺陷检测的结构调谐共振方法。采用有限元模态分析技术与实验模态分析技术相结合的手段,构建了基于结构调谐共振的实验测试系统,并利用该测试系统对直齿轮微小裂纹缺陷进行检测。实验结果表明,该测试系统所测信号频谱中啮合频率周围的边频带频率更明显,更有利于齿轮微小缺陷的识别和诊断,为齿轮故障诊断提供了一种新的方法和思路。 The vibration signal generated by the micro-crack defects of vehicle gears is very weak,and it is difficult to be found and extracted in the background noise signal,which causes serious safety accidents and economic losses.Taking the spur gear as research object,innovatively applying the amplification effect of resonance on weak vibration signals,a structural tuning resonance method for detecting micro cracks defect in gears is proposed.An experimental testing system based on structure tuning resonance is constructed by combining finite element modal analysis technique with experimental modal analysis technique,the micro cracks defect of spur gear is detected by using this test system.Experiments result show that the frequency of the sideband around the meshing frequency in the spectrum of the signal measured by the structural tuning resonance method is more obvious,which is more conducive to the identification and diagnosis of micro defects of the gear.
