百香果采收分级及其贮藏品质变化分析 被引量:6

Passionfruit Classification in Harvest and Its Quality Change of Storage Analysis

摘要 以"紫香"和"台农"2种百香果为试材,采用百香果不同贮藏分级和品质测定的方法,研究"紫香"和"台农"2个品种在常温贮藏中,果实不同贮藏等级的果实纵径、横径、维生素C、可溶性糖、总酸和糖酸比的变化,以期获得果实的分级和贮藏品质变化之间的关系。结果表明:"紫香"的果实纵径和横径比"台农"稍大,2个品种的维生素C、总酸和可溶性糖含量有一定的差异,且果实内成分含量变化趋势相近,在不同贮藏阶段,"紫香"的糖酸比(3.47~5.27)高于"台农"(3.31~4.77)。该研究对百香果采收和贮藏进行分级,分析了2个栽培面积最大的品种的贮藏品质变化,对于百香果采收、保鲜、贮运和果实分级标准化具有一定的参考价值。 ‘Zixiang’ and ‘Tainong’ were used to test the storage classification and quality in this study.Length and width of fruit,contents of vitamin C,soluble sugar,total acid and sugar-acid ratio were determined in ambient temperature storage.The results showed that,the fruit length and width of ‘Zixiang’ was higher than those of ‘Tainong’,and the contents of vitamin C,total acid,soluble sugar had slightly difference among two cultivars,and the quality variation was similar.The sugar-acid ratio showed that ‘Zixiang’(3.47-5.27) was higher than ‘Tainong’(3.31-4.77) in difference fruit classifications.Generally,the passionfruit classifications in harvest and storage were set up firstly,and quality variation of two cultivates,which were the biggest cultivated area,were also analyzed.These would be worth for passionfruit harvest,storage and fruit classification.
