轨道交通电气系统产品技术状态管理的探索与实践

Exploration and practice of configuration management in rail transit electrical system products

轨道交通电气系统是轨道交通装备的重要组成部分,电气系统产品直接影响到轨道交通的运行和安全,电气系统产品的技术状态管理必须严谨、科学、规范、有序。文章从ISO/TS 22163-2017中对技术状态管理的要求出发,对技术状态管理要求与ISO 10007-2017进行了全面的对比和解读。提出了轨道交通技术状态管理体系建立和运行的建议,就电气系统产品技术状态标识、技术状态控制、技术状态记实和技术状态审核等关键活动进行了详细的分析。结合轨道交通电气系统产品的技术特点,对产品全寿命周期内的各项技术状态管理活动给出了实用示例。最后重点对轨道交通电气产品在产品结构分解、技术状态项的设置、技术状态信息的范围以及技术状态基线的设置等方面存在的典型问题,提出了专业的解决方案和对策。

Electrical system is an important part of rail transit equipment. The products of electrical system directly affect the operation and safety of rail transit. The configuration management of electrical system products must be rigorous, scientific, standardized and orderly. Starting from the requirements of configuration management in ISO/TS 22163-2017, this paper makes a comprehensive comparison and interpretation of configuration management requirements with ISO 10007-2017. It puts forward suggestions for the establishment and operation of the rail transit configuration management system, and analyzes in detail the key activities of the configuration management system used in the products of electrical system such as identification of configuration items, the change control of configuration, configuration status accounting and configuration audits. Combined with the technical characteristics of the electrical system products, practical examples of configuration management activities in the whole life cycle of products are given. In the end, this paper puts forward some professional solutions and countermeasures to the typical problems of electrical system products in terms of product structure breakdown, configuration items setting, configuration information range and configuration baseline setting.
