适应槽型轨的有轨电车踏面优化研究

摘要 基于轮轨接触角曲线反推法,文章设计了适应Ri60R2槽型轨的有轨电车优化踏面,介绍了踏面优化过程,并从轮轨接触应力和曲线通过性能、运行平稳性等角度验证优化后踏面的性能,为有轨电车发展提供工程实例。 Based on the inverse method of wheel rail contact angle curve, this paper designs an optimized tread to adapt to Ri60 R2 groove rail, and introduces the realization process of tread optimization. Its performances are verificated from wheel rail contact stress, curve performance and operation stability. It provides engineering examples for tram development.
