摘要
介绍了微通道换热的研究现状,基于微通道液冷冷板设计理论,对微通道液冷冷板进行了设计。通过对微通道液冷冷板进行仿真分析,得到在不同功耗下系统所需的流量及对应的芯片温度和冷板压损,同时得到流量功耗曲线和流量压损曲线。
The research status of microchannel heat transfer was introduced.Based on the design philosophy of microchannel liquid cooling cold plate,the microchannel liquid cooling cold plate was designed.By simulating and analyzing the microchannel liquid cooling cold plate,the flow rate and corresponding chip temperature and cold plate pressure loss of the system under different power consumption were found while the flow power consumption curve and flow pressure loss curve were obtained.
