摘要
介绍了定差溢流阀的液压原理,并建立其数学模型,得到流量连续性方程、阀芯受力方程和阀口压力流量方程。应用MATLAB/Simulink软件建立了定差溢流阀的仿真模型,对仿真结果进行分析,得到阀芯位移动态响应曲线、阀口两侧压差变化曲线、负载流量动态响应曲线和液压泵压力动态响应曲线。所做研究可以为定差溢流阀的优化设计提供参考。
The hydraulic principle of the relief valve with fixed differential pressure was introduced,and its mathematical model was established to obtain the equations on flow continuity,the stress at valve spool and the pressure flow at valve port.The simulation model of the relief valve with fixed differential pressure was established by MATLAB/Simulink software to analyze the simulation results and obtain the dynamic response curve of the spool displacement,the change curve of the pressure difference at valve port,the dynamic response curve of the load flow and the dynamic response curve of the pressure of the hydraulic pump.The findings can provide a reference for the optimum design of the relief valve with fixed differential pressure.
