摘要 介绍了快开缓闭轴流式止回阀的结构特点与工作原理,建立了快开缓闭轴流式止回阀的数学模型。对快开缓闭轴流式止回阀的阀瓣与阀体喉部进行了结构设计与仿真优化,确认在不同阀瓣表面形状中,椭球面阀瓣的流阻因数最小、设计最优;在不同阀体喉部收缩因数中,喉部收缩因数为80%时,流阻因数最小。 The structural characteristics and working principle of the quick-opening and slow-closing axial flow check valve were introduced,and the mathematical model of the quick-opening and slow-closing axial flow check valve was established.The structural design and simulation optimization of the valve flap and the throat of the valve body of the quick-opening and slow-closing axial flow check valve were carried out.It is confirmed that the flow resistance factor of the valve flap with elliptical surface is the smallest among the different surface shapes of valve flaps,and its design is the best.The flow resistance factor is the smallest when the throat shrinkage factor is 80%among different throat shrinkage factors.
