摘要 介绍了模态分析理论,建立了卧式镗铣床主轴系统的有限元模型,计算了轴承刚度,并进行了模态分析,得到前六阶振型。对卧式镗铣床主轴系统进行了试验,得到前六阶固有频率的试验结果,并与模态分析结果进行对比。通过模态分析确认,卧式镗铣床主轴系统在工作情况下不会产生共振。 The modal analysis theory was introduced.The finite element model of the spindle system of horizontal boring and milling machine was established.The bearing stiffness was calculated and the modal analysis was carried out to obtain the first six order vibration modes.The spindle system of horizontal boring and milling machine was tested,and the test results of the first six order natural frequencies were obtained and compared with the modal analysis results.It is confirmed by modal analysis that the spindle system of horizontal boring and milling machine will not bring sympathetic vibration under working conditions.
